Sea Moss - The recommended amount to take daily is 2 tablespoons per day. Due to its high vitamin and mineral content, Sea Moss can be applied directly to the skin.
Do not excess recommended daily dosage. The reasons for this are Sea Moss has high density of iodine.
Be sure to use by the expiration date shown on the back label. Sea Moss is good for 3 weeks. Please keep refrigerate. Do not take after expiration date.
Lemon Twist - The recommended amount to take daily is 2 - 4oz per day.
Do not excess recommended daily dosage. Ginger can cause heatburn and mouth or throat irritation.
Be sure to use by the expiration date shown on the back label. Fruity Ginger Shots is good for 14 days if refrigerate, but good for 3 months if frozen before expiration date.
Babs' Herbal Tea - The recommended amount to take daily is 3-4 cups. For best results drink your first cup on an empty stomach. Taste great with agave and lemon.
Do not excess recommended daily dosage. The few no-so-fatal side effects of this herb are skin irrtation.
Babs' Vapor Relief Rub - The recommended amount to use daily is up to 3 times daily, or as directed by your doctor. For cough suppression, rub a thick layer on throat & chest. Keep clothing loose about your throat and chest to help the vapors to reach the nose and mouth. Can also be used for temporarily minor muscles and joints aches and pains, but do not use more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Do not add Vicks VapoRub to hot water or any container where heating water. Doing so may cause splattering and result in burns. Do not use on children under 2 years of age.
